There’s a Trough across Jamaica.

The Met Office says this Trough will persist across the island, continuing cloudy conditions with periods of showers and thunderstorms occurring across the island until Thursday, thereafter a decrease in rainfall activity is expected.

This morning will be mostly cloudy with intermittent showers over eastern parishes.

This afternoon expect scattered showers and thunderstorms across sections of most parishes.

Tonight will be mostly cloudy with lingering showers.

A Small Craft Warning remains in effect for inshore and offshore areas of the north and south coasts due to strong winds and rough seas in the vicinity of thundershowers.

Maximum temperature expected for Kingston and Montego Bay today is 31 degrees Celsius.
