Italian police arrested two caterers working on the set of “The Equalizer 3” after the head caterer died of a heart attack.
The upcoming Denzel Washington movie is in its fourth week of filming in Maiori, Italy, where authorities seized 120 grams of cocaine Tuesday, Nov. 1.
According to reports, the set was raided after the head of the film’s catering staff died of a heart attack the previous night. It is alleged that the man was found with cocaine in his pocket.
Two employees over the age of 30 were arrested and placed on house arrest at the hotel for suspicions of drug dealing. Reports also say that police revoked the driver’s license of a third employee who was found with a small amount of cocaine.
A rep for Denzel said there will be no delay in production.
