American rapper Yung Miami of City Girls went on an X (formerly Twitter) rant after being “served” regarding her ex-boyfriend Diddy’s trademark infringement lawsuit stemming from his 2023 track, “Act Bad,” featuring the City Girls and Fabolous.

According to reports, a man named Charlie Cee owns the copyright for “Act Bad,” and he believes that his rights were infringed upon by the song and subsequent merchandise.

The City Girl was served the papers while she was in the club.

She then took to X to air her frustration, stating that she was served papers for merch that she was not selling. Stating that it was a “Lame” move.

One user responded to her Twitter rant by stating her being served was not about the merch to which she called the user “goofy” and told them to shut up.

The wordmark “Act Bad” has been registered since November 2021.
