Members of the Opposition staged a walk out this afternoon from the House of Representatives.

This surrounding the controversy of the house speaker still occupying her position while also being the subject of the Integrity Commission investigation report.

The Integrity Commission’s Director of Corruption Prosecution, Keisha Prince-Kameka, ruled that House Speaker Marisa Dalrymple-Philibert should be charged for making a false statement in a Statutory Declaration in relation to a Mercedes Benz motor vehicle.

The charges concern her declarations from 2015 to 2020.
