Nicki Minaj fans were livid following the Harajuku Barbie’s last minute cancellation of her Pink Friday 2 World Tour stop in Louisiana hours before showtime.
The Pink Friday artiste tweeted, “Barbz pls send me healing energy, woke up feeling like I had Covid. Thank God I don’t. You guys are just everything. I appreciate you. I love you so much.”
The Barbz, however, were not pleased with the news.
One fan commented, “Idc what yall say hours before is INSANE!” while another said that it was “messed up” for the “Big Foot” artiste to make the announcement four hours before she was slated to perform.
Last week, she cancelled her Rolling Loud performance due to illness as well.
Minaj’s fans were seemingly more upset about the late announcement than Nicki actually being sick.
Nicki Minaj’s North American leg of the Pink Friday 2 Tour started on March 1 in Oakland and will wrap up on May 13 in Oklahoma City before the European leg of her tour begins on May 23 in Amsterdam.
