American apparel company Vans is suing rapper Tyga over ‘Wavy Baby’ sneaker design.

Vans is claiming the rapper stole their signature sneaker silhouette. Just last week before the release, a lawsuit was already sent out from Vans alleging MSCHF stole components of their classic old school silhouette. Vans says it’s trademark is being violated and asked a judge to block Tyga’s shoes from going on sale.

The sneakers which are a collaboration between Tyga and MSCHF was released yesterday April 18 priced at $220 and was sold out in a matter of minutes, despite two cease and desist letters from Vans, according to the lawsuit.

The Tyga shoe is not the first time MSCHF has had court trouble. The company was also sued over the signature “Satan shoe” it made with Lil Nas X which allegedly ripped off Nike Air Max 97s.
