Investigators assigned to the Centre for Investigation of Sexual Offences and Child Abuse (CISOCA), have taken note of a viral video that is being circulated on social media, where a woman is seen physically abusing a girl.
In the fourteen seconds long video, a girl is seen on the floor of a house and the woman is seen kicking and trampling over her on the head and upper body many times.
Therefore police are making an urgent appeal to this woman to turn herself in immediately.
