The track, which was released last week and features American rapper Lola Brooke, has received mixed reactions. Many were calling for Shenseea to return to her Jamaican roots.
During an Instagram live on Wednesday, the “Beama” artiste said that her breakthrough international track, “Blessed,” also received similar backlash from fans.
The “Curious” singer has made several statements about venturing outside of her usual dancehall roots after getting criticism from people about her new sound.
She addressed those people as well on her IG Live.
