Just like Veteran Dancehall artiste Sean Paul, who is not happy with the current fracas between female dancehall artistes Jada Kingdom and Stefflon Don, reggae artiste Anthony B is not pleased either.

Recap to yesterday (January 10), just a day after his birthday, the artiste took to his Instagram to address the ongoing beef between the two ladies, who have been trading musical jabs this week.

The post stated “Woman nuh fi talk so @stefflondon @jadakingdom Live better my sisters Doh follow di waste dem” while his caption read “I DOE LOVE THIS NOT ONE TALL. WOMAN SHOULD B WARRIORS YES. BUT 4 A CAUSE. U SHOULD LEAD THE WAY MORALLY 4 THE FAM. MEN GET HEATED. U CALM US DOWN. HOW CAN WE CALM DOWN IF YALL DOIN DAT 2. 2 BEAUTIFUL BLACK WOMAN. LIVE BETA. SET A BETA EXAMPLE PLS. 4 THE CULTURE MAH BEG UNO. 4 THE KIDS. 4 THE YOUNGER FEMALES. @stefflondon @jadakingdom DONE TALK!!!”

Stefflon Don jumped into the comment section with “Its not that serious trust me just sum fun [laughing emoji]. While fellow dancehall icon Bounty Killa said “Absolutely Bro”.

A few social media users were not pleased with the post and were quick to highlight that it was simply music, and the clash allowed both women to showcase their talents.

While some persons were in agreement with the “Get Busy” artiste some users believed that he should have sat this one out because men have been clashing for years and yet they aren’t scolded for doing so.

Anthony B decided to enter the chat but this time he stated his disapproval of the musical clash in song.

The song titled “Wah dat” was released last night (January 10) on the Dutty Money Riddim.

The lyrics asks for unity between the women and black women in general with the musical industry. The song starts off with a comparison of international artistes and who refrain from battling each other.

It then led to the “Mr. Heartless” calling out both female artistes by their names and asking them to unite and questions why other genres can unite except Dancehall.

Another person to enter the chat is Mona-Lisa aka Amari dropped her song called “Mascot” on Instagram to address the war between the ladies. The upcoming artiste believes that the ladies have lost themselves and that they should not be fighting over a man.

Zippies, what says you?

Do you think these artistes should have sat this one out?
