Veteran dancehall artiste Mad Cobra has been arrested in South Carolina after he was found with 2 kilograms of cocaine and a gun during a traffic stop earlier today
The 55-year-old entertainer who resides in Fort Lauderdale, Florida was arrested after deputies initiated the traffic stop on his Black BMW SUV for speeding.
During a search of his vehicle the deputies discovered the illicit drugs and a 9mm Beretta.
He now faces charges of trafficking cocaine and possession of a weapon during a violent crime.
Mad Cobra had a slew of hits in the 1990s that gained him international recognition.
