Koffee has released the official music video for ‘The Harder They Fall’, the theme song from the Netflix film.
The clip premiered on Koffee’s YouTube Channel, BET Soul and BET Jams and was originally found on the explosive ‘The Harder They Fall’ original soundtrack released earlier this year.
British-Nigerian filmmaker Jeymes Samuel, produced Koffee’s record, and composed the lyrics with Jay-Z for the award-winning film’s soundtrack.
Described as a new school western, ‘The Harder They Fall’ has an all-Black main cast, with actors like Regina King, Jonathan Majors, Idris Elba, LaKeith Stanfield and more.
The film opened in select theatres on October 22 and premièred on November 3 on Netflix.
Koffee joins Barrington Levy and the late Dennis Brown as reggae and dancehall acts on the sound track.
Other artistes appearing on the soundtrack are Jay Z, Seal, CeeLo Green, Kid Cudi, Ms Lauryn Hill, Jadakiss and Alice Smith.
