Prime Minister Andrew Holness has described Monday’s triple murder, which claimed the lives of two children, as the ‘worst of the worst’.
He made the statement this morning (Wed), as he declared a State of Public Emergency SOE for St. James.
According to Mr. Holness, gunmen are not reasonable people and have no concern for the safety of any citizen.
He said the SOE in St. James, was warranted.
