Alicia Keys may have to ramp up security, this after the singer got a surprise fan kiss while performing recently.The Grammy-winning singer was performing “Empire State of Mind” at her concert at Pepsi Live at Rogers Arena in Vancouver on Monday.Video footage shows her walking through the crowd, while flanked by security, when an excited fan who was happy to see Keys, grabbed the singer’s face and kissed her on the cheek as she moved through the crowd.The singer made a comment on the video saying “trust me I was like what the EFF?”The multi-Grammy Award winning songstress is currently on tour promoting her eight studio album, KEYS 2.
