ENTERTAINMENT ZONES MAY BE WORKABLE

At least one event organizer supports the government’s plan to identify designated entertainment zones across the island.

This follows the uproar about the strict lock off times under the noise abatement act. This project is long over due as Jamaica is the home of reggae and dancehall and we are lovers of street dances and parties.

On Tuesday entertainment Minister Olivia Grange said that Jamaica’s first designated entertainment zone will be in port royal at rocky port.

The Minister was at the launch of activities for Reggae month 2020, held at the Pegasus hotel.
