A baby boy believed to be the one stolen from the Victoria Jubilee Hospital, has been found and placed in state care.
Meanwhile, the woman who reportedly had the child, has been arrested and is to be questioned.
It is reported that the woman went to a facility in St. Catherine, where staff became suspicious and alerted the police.
Reports from the Constabulary Communications Unit CCU indicate that the woman could not provide satisfactory responses to questions and how she came to have the child with her.
The boy was subsequently taken away.
Further reports are that DNA samples were taken today (Wed) to compare with that of the child. The results are expected to be ready by weekend.
