A Police Constable has been admitted at hospital in serious condition, after he was reportedly attacked and stabbed multiple times at the May Pen Toll Plaza, in Clarendon, this morning (February 27).
The incident reportedly took place at about 3:15 am.
Head of the Constabulary’s Corporate Communications Unit, Senior Superintendent Stephanie Lindsay, said the officer was on his way to work, when the vehicle he was driving developed a flat tyre.
The cop was then pounced upon by armed men.
