Caribbean Products Company Limited Take Action Against Flexi- Work Schedule

As of this morning, employees of Caribbean Products Company Limited implemented industrial action regarding the application of a flexible work schedule.

 Kurt Fletcher, who is the Island Supervisor for Industrial Relations at the National Workers Union, stated that employees are angered because of the lack of communication with them as it pertains to the new work schedule.
He further explained that employees who reject the flexible work schedule that goes into effect today will be let go.

As a result, the staff members have made the decision to forgo going to work until the timetable is withdrawn and a deal is struck.
