Dancehall artiste Blak Ryno is asking for persons to stop spreading rumours about him.
In an Instagram post on Friday, Ryno dismissed recent rumours and reports that he has been ill.
Ryno claims the rumours begun last year and included allegations that he was diagnosed with cancer. He claims the cancer rumours were brought up again this year and now he has learnt he met with an accident.
On Wednesday, it was reported that Black Ryno was hospitalized following a car crash in New York.
