Police have arrested and charged a A 14-year-old boy after he was found in the possession of Assorted Parts of a Firearm and Unauthorized Possession of Ammunition following an incident in Dam Head, Steer Town, St. Ann yesterday.
Reports from the St. Ann’s Bay Police are that about 12:30 p.m., lawmen were on patrol in the area when they observed the accused putting an object in his waistband.
The teen boy was accosted, searched and found in possession of a sock containing one magazine with nine 9mm cartridges.
He was subsequently arrested and charged.
His court date is being finalized.
