On Sunday, Bieber delivered a message to his fans on Instagram, prompting them to show how much they want some new music by giving his post 20 million likes.

It has been nearly four years since Bieber released his last studio album, Purpose, which was a step in a more familiar direction following the release of the R&B-centric compilation Journals.
