A 40 year old woman has been charged for allegedly stealing a baby from her mother at the Victoria Jubilee Hospital in Kingston on Monday.
Charged is Sushana Greenfield, a vendor of 12 Oxford Street in Kingston.
The charges were laid against Greenfield, after she reportedly took 11 day old baby Kimoya Robe from her mother at the hospital on Monday morning and fled.
The accused and the baby were later found in Franklin Town, East Kingston in the afternoon.
Greenfield was arrested, while baby Kimoya was taken to the Bustamante Hospital for children, where she is being observed.
So far, baby Kimoya is said to be in good condition.
