Over 300 high school students who participated in this year’s Tourism Enhancement Fund TEF Summer Internship Program, will graduate with Associate Degrees in Hotel Management.
Tourism Minister Ed Bartlett gave the update while addressing a press briefing yesterday (Thurs).
He said over 11 thousand students were placed in jobs this summer.
Mr. Bartlett added that due to the success of the program with its associate degree offering, it is to be modelled by the World Tourism Organization WTO.
