Chairman of the Police Federation, Corporal Rohan James, says an official statement is slated to be released by the High Command to address vaccination concerns by police officers.
There have been reports that some police officers were allegedly informed that they would lose their place in a promotional training programme if they are not vaccinated.
This has led to growing disquiet among members of the force.
However, Corporal James noted that a meeting took place today with the High Command and the concerns of the officers will be addressed swiftly.
