Opposition Senator Damion Crawford says the government should consider a Covid-19 Vaccine Insurance Scheme.
Speaking in the Senate yesterday (December 10), Senator Crawford noted that while he has taken the vaccine, he can afford to reverse possible negative effects, something, some persons may not be able to do, due to financial constraints.
He said an insurance scheme for those persons could increase vaccine take-up.
Meantime, Senator Crawford said the government’s vaccination roll-out programme is ineffective
