The ISSA Boys’ and Girls’ Athletics Championships will not be held during its usual March date this year, according to Inter-Secondary Schools’ Sports Association president Keith Wellington.
Wellington, said the alternative date of May 4 to 8 will also have to be revised as it will clash with a major international sporting event.
ISSA had set March 23 to 27 and May 4to 8 as the two possible dates for “Champs 2021”.
Champs was cancelled last year for only the second time in its history due to COVID-19.
