The hackers seem to be back and ready to work.
Earlier today, news publisher, The Jamaica Observer Instagram’s page was hacked.
After posting their last story about garbage woes in Mandeville, the page was taken over by hackers who went on to post a series of Instagram Logo photos on the page. The Jamaica Observer’s Instagram page has over 566k followers and nearly 30-thousand posts.
Just last week, reggae singer Tarrus Riley confirmed in a video that his page was hacked and he and his team were currently in contact with Instagram to see what could be done and by the looks of it, it seems they were successful as he has his page back.
Other entertainers such as Bounty Killer, Bushman and more recently Barrington Levy have all fallen victim to Instagram hackers.
