Gloom hangs over the Jamaica Constabulary Force, after a constable who had tested positive for Covid-19 died in hospital, on Monday.
Dead is constable Damion Knight, from St. James.
Head of the Constabulary’s Corporate Communications Unit, (CCU) Senior Superintendent Stephanie Lindsay said that the force is saddened by the constable’s death.
She said grief counselling will be offered to members where necessary.
