In Conversation with Joby Jay

Rising Jamaican artiste, Joby Jay is known for her ‘Big Girl Ting’ anthem which encourages women to unapologetically be who they are.

Although she has only been professionally in the music industry for two years, Joby has already shared the stage with the likes of Chronixx, Kabaka Pyramid, Nadine Sutherland, Tessellated, Judy Mowatt and Sevana, and more.

In April this year, Joby released her debut EP ‘Love Levels’ which further demonstrated her talent.

In an interview with the Z, Joby talks about being in her words, a girl with an eccentric sound, and her evolution as an artist.

Joby also spoke about the creation of her EP ‘Love Levels’.

The ‘Big Girl Ting’ artist implored music lovers to listen to her music because she creates music that is real and true to herself.
