Funding allocations for public sector wages, the Covid CARE Programme and the National Water Commission, are among the factors leading to the 25 billion dollar increase in the government‘s budget.
The second Supplementary Estimates were brought to parliament yesterday (Tues), by Finance Minister Dr. Nigel Clarke.
Dr. Clarke said the additional expenditure will be financed through revenue and loans, among other things.
