Valerie Neita- Robertson, QC, the lead attorney representing the estate of controversial pastor, Kevin Smith says the family of the deceased will decide how to proceed with the case following autopsy results. The autopsy revealed that Smith died from blunt forced trauma and other injuries sustained in a car crash
Smith died in a motor vehicle accident on October 25 while being transported to Kingston to face multiple charges. Constable Orlando Aarons also died in the accident.
