EARLY RELEASE FOR FLIPPA MAFIA

Dancehall entertainer and convicted felon Andrew K. Davis more popularly known as Flippa Mafia has been released from prison.

Flippa was released from The East Jersey State Prison last Tuesday on parole after serving just nine years of his 25-year sentence, according to the New Jersey Department of Corrections, he was scheduled to serve a maximum of 17 years for heroin possession and 8 years for money laundering.

He was apprehended in 2013 and charged on January 10, 2014. He was convicted in 2016 of first-degree distribution of cocaine, second-degree money laundering, and second-degree conspiracy for his involvement in an international drug trafficking and money laundering ring that spanned Jamaica, New Jersey, and California.

Flippa’s two brothers and girlfriend were all sentenced as well.

During his time served, Flippa Mafia has reportedly completed his high school diploma and a bachelor’s degree in Education. Terms of his parole are not known at this time.
