A curfew has been imposed in sections of Gregory Park in St. Catherine.
The curfew began at 6:00p.m. last evening (Tues) and will remain in effect until 6:00p.m. on Thursday, August 04.
The boundaries of the curfew covers sections of Dyke Road, Portmore Villa Boulevard and Municipal Boulevard.
During the hours of the curfew, all persons within the boundaries are required to remain within their premises unless otherwise authorized in writing by the ground commander
The security measure comes, following rising tensions in the St. Catherine community this week.
