Jamaica will have a boxer at the Olympic Games for the first time in 25 years and super heavyweight fighter Ricardo Brown says he is raring and ready to go for Olympic glory.

The 31-year-old Brown, who is based in Canada, has been putting in the work especially after learning of his qualification based on his number 4 ranking in the Americas.

The last time Jamaica were represented at the Olympic Games was in 1996 by Tyson Gray, Sean Black and Rowan Donaldson.

Jamaica has never won a boxing medal at the Olympic Games but Brown is hoping to change that.
