Several entertainment insiders are lashing veteran entertainers for their absence at the funeral service for veteran dancehall deejay Merciless over the weekend.
Family, friends, and fans said their final farewell to Dancehall entertainer Merciless on Saturday following a thanksgiving service in May Pen, Clarendon.
However, the presence of some of the major players in the Dancehall space was noted. Among those present were Mr Lexx and Spragga Benz who gave a moving musical tribute.
Merciless was found dead at a motel off Beechwood Avenue in St Andrew on July 19, hours after he complained of not feeling well.
In August, an autopsy report came back inconclusive.
