The 15 second video, which features the entertainer and an unidentified woman, hit social media yesterday and has since gone viral.
Neither Tommy Lee nor his management is yet to comment on the clip.
The Deejay remains behind bars after he was recently sentenced to 3 years for a gun possession charge.
