Rapper Tekashi 6ix9ine is claiming that his safety is seriously at risk.
According to TMZ, Tekashi’s lawyer, Lance Lazzaro, has filed documents, asking the judge to allow him to serve the rest of his 24-month sentence under home confinement or in a community correctional facility.
Lazzaro stated “He’s all right. He’s strong, but he’d like to come home. We’re not fighting with the two-year sentence. That sentence he’s accepted,”.

The rapper once live-streamed videos of himself with guns to millions of his followers on Instagram and provoked authorities on Snapchat.
But it all ended when the rapper was arrested on firearms and fraudulent charges in November 2018.

Tekashi ratted out on his fellow gang members so his sentencing was reduced from 47 years to 2 years. He already spent 13 months in federal jail.
