Skeletal remains believed to be those of female Dancehall artiste Stephanie Williams, otherwise called ‘Meddik’, were found in a cane field, in Wallen District, St Catherine, on Wednesday, according to the latest update from the Jamaica Constabulary Force, JCF.
29-year old Williams went missing last August.
Head of the Crime and Security Portfolio Deputy Commissioner of Police Fitz Bailey said the remains will be compared with DNA samples to verify identity.
