Jamaican entertainer Shenseea has earned a Gold certification in the United States for her feature on a single by rapper Kanye West.
The single, Pure Souls, which featured guest vocals from rapper Roddy Rich and Shenseea, is now certified Gold in the United States, almost two years after its release.
Pure Souls was certified Gold by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA), after it reached the sales and streaming equivalent of 500,000 units sold in the US.
This marks the first time Shenseea has achieve Gold status in the US.
It is one of two songs on West’s Donda album that feature Shenseea, the other being OK OK Pt. 2.
