Producer Markus Myrie has issued a public apology to his father Buju Banton and the Reggae and Dancehall fans he insulted over the weekend.
This morning, the Dancehall producer uploaded a photo with the Reggae superstar via his Instagram story.
The photo comes just days after Markus blasted Buju Banton on social media and subsequently filed a police report against him at the Constant Spring police regarding an altercation at Gargamel Music Studios in St Andrew.
Following the post, Markus wrote a lengthy apology addressed to his father, admitting his wrongdoing while highlighting he has no hatred towards the Gargamel.
Many social media users have accepted the apology and have hailed his move as one of maturity.
