Dancehall Star Popcaan has officially announced the line-up for the return of Unruly Fest in St. Thomas.
The event Set for December 22, returns to his native parish following a three-year hiatus caused by the covid-19 pandemic.
So far, Entertainers Skillibeng, I-Wayne, Najeerie, rapper Fivio Foreign are among the line-up with more to be announced.
The first staging of Unruly Fest was held in December 2018 at Goodyear Oval in St Thomas, an event that was a completely sold-out.
