Minister of National Security Dr. Horace Chang, has outlined some of the rules and regulations of the new Road Traffic Act.
He said under the new act, there will be a demerit points system and drivers will be mandated to have a valid drivers license with them, while driving.
He was making a national address on the new Road Traffic Act last evening.
