Jamaica secured two more medals in track and field on the final day of the 2022 Commonwealth Games in Birmingham England yesterday to end the event with an overall 15 medals; 6 gold, 6 silver and 3 bronze.
This includes a first ever silver in Judo and also in netball. The other 13 medals came by way of athletics.
On yesterday’s final day, the women’s 4x400m relay team secured the silver medal, clocking 3 minutes-26.93 seconds, having been promoted to 2nd following disqualification of the England team.
