The Health Ministry has approved three private facilities to conduct coronavirus testing.Two of the facilities Carigen and Microlabs Limited, will conduct PCR testing for people, while Technological Solutions Limited, will conduct environmental testing.
Health Minister Dr. Christopher Tufton gave the update during last evening’s COVID Conversations Virtual Press Briefing.
He noted that the decision to grant Ministry approval, follows extensive discussions, along with ensuring that validation studies were done, as well as standards established and verified.
