Drake’s mixtape So Far Gone debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart dated March 2.

Although originally premiered in 2009, the 18-track full set received its official commercial sales and streaming release a decade later.

Nielsen Music data shows “So Far Gone” earned 45,000 equivalent album units in the week ending February 21.

With the new achievement, Drake tied Future for the most No. 1s this decade.

The record for the most No. 1 albums in a decade is currently held by The Temptations, who had 11 toppers in the 1960s.

Drake and Future have nine No. 1 albums each so far, and with 10 months remaining in the decade, their chances of improving the numbers remain strong.
