Constable Noel Maitland is to have his bail application hearing on Tuesday October 4.
That date was granted by the presiding judge, when Maitland appeared in the Home Circuit Court today (Fri).
The judge has also granted permission for one relative each of Maitland and Donaldson, to be present at the hearing.
Donaldson was reported missing on July 13. He body has not been found, but the police believe that she is dead.
