Greensleeves Publishing has filed a lawsuit against R&B Star Chris Brown.

This in relation to the use of Red Rat’s hit single “Tight Up Skirt” which was sampled in Brown’s 2017 Hit entitled “Privacy”.

According to the lawsuit, the publishing firm says Chris Brown “took the core musical feature” of Tight Up Skirt and “used it prominently” in Privacy “without permission”.
