Dancehall Star Masicka was featured on Fox-5 New York’s Good Day New York Program this morning to discuss he sophomore album, Generation of Kings. The album dropped on Friday via Def Jam Recordings, his first body of work since his signing to the global record label.
Both versions of “Generation of Kings” debuted at #1 & 2 respectively on the iTunes Reggae Albums chart, removing Bob Marley from pole position upon release.
The Jamaican sensation who’s also celebrating his birthday today, spoke about being somewhat nervous after inking a deal with Def Jam.
He further spoke about the album, described as “guaranteeing an extraordinary dancehall auditory voyage”
