Health and Wellness Minister Dr Christopher Tufton says over the next week and a half, about 13, 000 Jamaicans will be given priority attention for their second vaccine jab.
He explains that these individuals are close to the 12-week period for receiving the second dose of the AstraZeneca vaccine.
There has been chaos at some vaccination sites in the corporate area, as persons rush to get the vaccine.
He is urging persons who have not been contacted by the Health Ministry to await the call.
