A man who was on trial for his alleged involvement in the St. Catherine based Clansman Gang, was shot and killed along Hagley Park Road in St. Andrew, yesterday (August 10).
Dead is twenty-nine-year-old Andre Smith of Watley Avenue, Kingston 11
Reports from the Hunts Bay Police are that Smith was driving a motor car along the roadway when two men aboard a motorcycle drove up beside him, and opened gunfire, at him.
Smith attempted to drive away, but crashed along the roadway.
The police were alerted and Smith was assisted to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
