Lori Loughlin and Her Husband Agree to Guilty Plea

Actress Lori Loughlin and fashion designer Mossimo Giannulli have agreed to plead guilty to conspiracy charges connected to the college admissions case. The announcement came from the Department of Justice this morning.

Loughlin will admit to one count of conspiracy to commit wire and mail fraud and her husband Giannulli will plead guilty to one count of conspiracy to commit wire and mail fraud and honest services wire and mail fraud.

The final agreement is still pending a judge’s approval of the terms

.The actress and her husband were accused of paying $500,000 to Rick Singer – the mastermind of the scheme –  and Key Worldwide Foundation to falsely designate their daughters Olivia Jada Giannulli, 20, and Isabella Rose Giannulli, 21, as recruits to the University of Southern California rowing team, even though neither of them ever participated in the sport
